We have known Jenny and Mel for years and they have always helped when we have needed someone to look after our cats. Last year they took the plunge and started The Pet Concierge. If you are looking for a full, professional cat sitting service that are completely trustworthy, reliable, caring and reasonable, then Jenny and Mel are your girls. Jenny or Mel visit once (or twice) a day, they feed and change the litter and spend some time cuddling and playing with Sooty & Squeak (on our last holiday we were away for two weeks, so we decided that we would have daily visits and then every 3 days they would go in twice). We love the extra personal touches, we get updates of videos and photos and they send me messages on how the cats are doing. There is honestly nothing more reassuring than having somebody trustworthy going into your home and looking after your fur babies, this enabled us to relax and enjoy our holiday. As an added bonus the girls watered the plants and collected the post so it didn't look like we were away. Now that Sooty & Squeak are a bit older they are so much happier to stay in their own environment and being made a fuss of when Jenny or Mel come to visit. Honestly, once you see how happy your fur babies are you will never send your cats to a cattery again! The service they offer is five star and we would recommend them to everyone.
I would highly recommend the services of the Pet Concierge. From our first meeting I could tell that Larry was going to be in very safe and caring hands. I never have to worry whilst I'm at work as I know he will be cared for properly and get updated too as to how his visit went.
